In the Polyurethane, the DIEXTER G are used in order to give and improve the elastomeric properties in the molecular structure. The application areas covered by the use of DIEXTER G saturated polyester are: microcellular elastomers thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) slabstck foams (include. low fogging grade) synthetic leather sadhesive industry (lamination, packaging, hot-melt etc…) systems for casting paints, coating and polyurethane dispersions. In comparison to other polyol classes, the DIEXTER G saturated polyesters can offer to the polyurethane: good oxidation resistance good cold-flex behaviour good thermical resistance good chemical resistance (oils and solvents) excellent mechanical properties (moduls, tensile strength, elongation) good crystallization rate. COIM can also supply a taylor made grades in order to satisfy specific needs by our customers.
